How does it work?
Duraband® NC is the only product to be certified for re-application over itself and many other hardband products.
Both Tuffband NC and Duraband NC are casing friendly
Both products are applied crack free eliminating areas for abrasive materials to collect and cause wear on the casing
Duraband NC’s unique formula, though casing friendly, extends the life of the tool joint which results in longer drilling cycles between re-applications
Reduces the chances of spalling to prevent premature re-application
No nucleation sites for H2S gas
You can get the pipe back in the hole faster since the previous hardbanding does not have to be removed
